Feeding Directions

Follow the feeding table below as a guide for feeding Superior® Senior Horse Feed. Begin feeding at the lower rate and adjust as necessary to achieve desired body condition and to reflect the level of training and competition. Divide the recommended feed amount into two or more equal feedings a day—feeding at the same times each day to aid digestion.

When fed as a sole ration:
Maintenance 1.0 - 1.5 lb. or kg.
Light Exercise 1.5 to 1.75 lb. or kg.
When fed with hay:
Maintenance 0.5 to 1.0 lb. or kg.
