Feeding Directions
Feeding Directions
- Calves (275) 3 to 8 lb per head per day.
- Target intake: 1-2% of bodyweight on free-choice basis.
- Large calves which have not been on feed should be started on feed gradually.
- Horses: Feed at the rate of 1.0 to 1.5% live bodyweight. Always provide pasture or hay-free choice.
- Sheep and goats: Feed as a supplement to native range. Provide roughage.
